Meet the Creator of Swissmonte Apartments Swissmonte Apartments were created by Nikola, the owner, developer, and visionary behind the project. Born on the coast of Montenegro and now living in Switzerland with his family, Nikola brings together the best of both worlds — the warmth and hospitality of Montenegro and the precision, quality, and efficiency of Switzerland. With experience in the construction and hospitality business since 2017, Nikola personally designed and developed Swissmonte Apartments, ensuring every detail reflects comfort, elegance, and high standards. A proud father of two boys, he is passionate about swimming, hiking, skiing, and traveling. Speaking six languages, Nikola enjoys meeting guests from around the world and sharing the beauty of his home country. Swissmonte Apartments are more than a place to stay — they are a reflection of Nikola’s values, passions, and commitment to creating a welcoming, high-quality holiday experience for every guest.
